The owner came to our table and explained how things work. He was not very patient and misunderstood me when I asked about the beef ribs – I really wanted the ribs I saw on the website, but I was also curious about the brisket. In the end, we decided on sharing a salad, meat loaf sandwich, and beef brisket. I really really enjoyed the salad, the julienne of beets and carrots, roasted onions and other veggies and fresh greens was very refreshing. If I had to order again, I would have the whole salad. The beef brisket was thicker than I anticipated and not as tender since the meat was not marbled enough. The corn bread was very good. If this place was in Vancouver, we would go back many times and try other items and I would order the beef ribs for sure. So yes, I would eat here again.
Finally did visit this place for Lunch !! Visually appealing and I liked what I ate too :) Had the combo with the brisket and ribs !! I preferred the ribs and the beans and cabbage were great for sides along with the corn bread ! Was it the best I’ve eaten ? Probably not but I would recommend!! Thumbs up from my end !! Did a take out order, and it's definitely Canadian BBQ, while attempting to recreate BBQ from the southern USA, it is very good for what you can find in Canada. Brisket sandwich had decent flavor, but the cornbread was on the dry side. Would eat again if I was in the area, but wouldn't make a drive out of the way.

This place is awesome. Great bang for your buck. Side beans and coleslaw have so much flavour! I also had a meaty mushroom soup that was fantastic! Should have taken better pictures but I pigged out right when I sat down. If you’re looking for great bbq this is the place.
I did a happy dance eating here because it was so delicious! Pulled pork Mac and cheese was incredible, along with the crispy fries and gravy!
